Inconsiderate Parking in Wibsey village Click the Photos for a bigger image.
These photos of inconsiderate drivers in the village
were sent to me by Mr Chapman of Wibsey.
They illustrate perfectly the problems which face pedestrians who have
any kind of disability.
The difficulties for older people with shopping, mothers with pushchairs,
or people in wheelchairs must be frustrating, and will present tremendous
problems for blind people.
The problem with vehicles parking close to the junction of Folly Hall
Road and High Street has recently been highlighted in the Telegraph And
Argus, the green van in this photo must have been blocking access to Folly
Hall Road.
