    • The aim of the urban village partnership is to make Wibsey a better place to live and work. Membership is open to anyone who lives or works in Wibsey.

    • To date, the partnership has funded community projects including launching the Wibsey Word, supporting the development of wibseyweb, and projects for both older & young people. Members of the partnership organised the Wibsey Gala and over 400 local residents took part in a community survey.

    • At the last meeting in February Discussions started on various events to be organised in the village during 2011.

Wibsey Urban Village Partnership
In 2008 the partnership prepared a report, Village Voices, with the help and co-operation of local people. The aim of the research was to identify the future needs of the Village and plan ways to help to deliver the hopes and aspirations of the local community.
